The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels.

The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle.

How will you make an impact in this role? Overview: Direct mail is a key channel for driving new Cardmembers to American Express. The Senior Analyst will play an integral part in driving new premium card acquisitions, leveraging data and advanced segmentation capabilities to make informed decisions and design robust test and learn plans.

This is an exciting opportunity for a high performing candidate who wants to innovate and gain channel ownership. Working with the Senior Manager and alongside 2 other Senior Analysts on the team, they will work on the strategy, execution and analysis of direct mail acquisition campaigns. This individual will also play a substantial role in tracking, understanding and presenting on performance marketing for their product(s).

Responsibilities Develop winning creatives, offers, and segmentation to drive higher response and spend. Collaborate with key partners to drive flawless execution of Direct Mail campaigns. Due to the complexity of the systems and processes, this person must demonstrate high strengths in organization and attention to detail.

Report & track results. Draw insight and linkages from multiple sets of data. Qualifications Strong organizational skills with relentless attention to detail Ability to multitask, stay organized, and operate effectively under changing or stressful conditions Proven analytical and problem solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Adeptness for building and leveraging relationships Positive attitude and commitment to success Creative thinker with a strong customer focus Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft office software At least 1-2 years marketing experience Bachelors Degree Preferred Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
