What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the Weekly/Quarterly S&OP process for a major telecommunications account across various devices
- Develop demand forecasts to align with sales, financial, and inventory goals
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to optimize inventory levels and production capabilities
- Communicate daily with headquarters and local teams regarding production allocation and inventory management
- Manage aging inventories and coordinate clearance plans with relevant teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, supply chain, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in sales operations, supply chain management, or a related field
- Experience in a high-volume retail environment, preferably within consumer electronics or packaged goods
- Proficiency in advanced supply chain management systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
