What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree with nine (9) years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a Master's degree with seven (7) years of experience
- Working knowledge of the drug development process from pre-clinical to marketing
- Six-plus (6+) years of leadership experience
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and teams
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in various market research techniques
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous project management experience
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects
- Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative market research techniques
