Squarespace Designer Needed -- Build "Delegate Resources" Section (2-Week Launch)

We’re Unify America (unifyamerica.org), a national nonprofit focused on strengthening civic engagement. We’re preparing for an upcoming delegate convening and need to quickly build a clean, well-organized “Delegate Resources” section on an existing Squarespace site (not our main site).

This is a fast-turn project. The page needs to be live and fully functional within 2 weeks.

Scope Overview:

• Build a new “Delegate Resources” section within our existing Squarespace site

• Design and implement a simple, intuitive learning-library style layout

• Create 1 strong module/page template and duplicate it across the library

• Upload and format videos, written content, and downloadable resources

• Ensure the structure is easy for our team to update going forward

• Light graphic polish to make it feel cohesive and engaging

We have the content outline and will be producing the copy and videos. We need someone who can execute cleanly in Squarespace, implement the structure, and help us upload and format everything once assets are ready.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong Squarespace implementation experience (please share examples)

• Clean, modern design sensibility

• Comfortable embedding and formatting video content

• Detail-oriented and responsive

• Able to move quickly without overcomplicating the build

Bonus (not required but great if you have it):

• Graphic design support for simple print materials delegates will use in person (agenda sheets, name cards, handouts, etc.)

• Illustration skills to add light visual flair where appropriate

Important:

We’re looking for Squarespace support to build a Delegate Resources section that functions like a simple learning library. The scope is ~30 hours total. We have the content and structure; we need implementation, layout, and polish. Please flag early if you believe the scope will exceed 30 hours.
