Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled SQL Developer with strong T-SQL experience to design, develop, and maintain database solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and application teams to support data-driven applications, reporting, and analytics initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Develop, optimize, and maintain T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
ā¢ Design and implement database schemas, tables, indexes, and views to support applications.
ā¢ Collaborate with application developers to integrate SQL queries into software solutions.
ā¢ Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize database performance.
ā¢ Participate in data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting initiatives.
ā¢ Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with standards and policies.
ā¢ Document database design, processes, and procedures.
Required Skills:
ā¢ Strong expertise in T-SQL (writing complex queries, stored procedures, and functions).
ā¢ Experience with MS SQL Server or Azure SQL Database.
ā¢ Knowledge of database design, normalization, indexing, and query optimization.
ā¢ Experience with ETL processes and reporting tools (SSIS, SSRS, Power BI, or equivalent).
ā¢ Understanding of data governance, security, and best practices.
ā¢ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
ā¢ Experience with performance tuning and query optimization for large datasets.
ā¢ Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
ā¢ Experience working in financial, healthcare, or enterprise environments.
