We're already accelerating engineering teams at some of the fastest-growing companies in the world.Founding Engineer / FullStackAs our first engineering hire, you will have unparalleled autonomy to architect solutions, drive technical decisions, build culture, and bring innovative features to life for our customers. You'll own the entire development lifecycle—from ideation, to deployment, to marketing—working across our full technology stack to ship and communicate features to our customers.Here is an example of what that could look like: ‍♀️ A Week of Sprints at SpurAs a founding engineer you will be:Building across the full stack and help shape product direction.Launching new features, speaking directly with customers to gather feedback, iterating quickly.Working with design team to iterate on featuresOwning parts of the product end-to-endActive Role in planning our roadmap every 4 monthsYou’ll be successful in this role if you…Are relentlessly customer focused.
