Our mission is to honor our guests\' decision to dine with us by providing world-class service and great-tasting food in a clean and comfortable environment.Responsibilities:* Process all transactions, purchases, and returns* Carry out sales referrals and up-sell* Handle and resolve guest complaints* Aid with walk-in, call-in, and to-go guests* Efficiently deal with guest questions* Keep the restaurant to company standards* Check orders for accuracy before handing outRequirements:* Experience as a cashier in a restaurant* Knowledge of how to use a cash register and point-of-sale (POS) system (experience with Toast POS a plus!)* Guest satisfaction-oriented and problem-solving persona* Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule* Make Emotional Connections with Guests* Honor and encourage others to follow the visions and values of the restaurant* Ability to multitask quickly, yet thoroughly* Have the ability to communicate effectively in English (bilingual in Spanish a plus!)* Be at least 18 years of age* Have reliable transportation* Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary.
