INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW
Influencer/Branded Content: Influencer obsessed? This team is for you. Learn what goes into creating successful talent-driven campaigns across every social platform.
• Understand campaign KPIs and source talent utilizing internal tools in order to meet client needs
• Assist project managers with influencers discovery, outreach and negotiation, content QA, live post monitoring, sentiment analysis, and reporting
• Participate in brainstorms, ideating innovative influencer creative executions
• Identify and explore industry trends, educating teams on how best to activate on each platform
• Create weekly status call agendas, timelines, and execution documents to ensure seamless campaign execution

Collaboration and hands-on work sit at the core of our internship program. Our approach is designed to introduce aspiring advertising professionals to the industry by integrating them directly into live projects. Work alongside your manager to develop strategies and content for brands like Google, AT&T, Marriott, Meta and TikTok.
Requirements
You are eligible if you are…
• Proactive, innovative and excited about the advertising industry
• Excellent organizational, time management and fire communication skills, both verbal and written
• Passionate about culture and what makes people tick
• Resourceful, solution-focused and creative
• Enrolled in a full-time Undergraduate or Master’s Program. If you are an undergraduate student, you must have completed your freshman and sophomore year of college
• Must be able to earn college credit for an internship opportunity, in lieu of financial compensation
• Time commitment expectation is 15-20 hours per week
Key Spring 2024 Dates
Our spring 2024 internship application is currently live and set to close on September 29, 2023. First round interviews will take place end of October, second round interviews will take place mid-end November.
The spring internship program starts on January 22 and ends on April 26. The program will feature a diverse set of learning opportunities, as well as hands-on client work.
