Sponsorship and Partnership Manager

Job Overview Cumberland Valley SC is seeking a driven, relationship focused sponsorship and partnership manager to lead all sponsorship sales efforts for our semi professional soccer club. This role is responsible for identifying, contacting, pitching, and securing sponsorships with local and regional businesses. Primary Responsibilities • Prospect and contact businesses for sponsorship opportunities • Create customized sponsorship proposals and pricing packages • Schedule and attend calls, meetings, and presentations • Maintain communications with sponsors throughout the season • Track outreach, follow ups, and closed deals • Maintain and update the CRM as needed • Work closely with club leadership to meet revenue goals • Represent the team professionally in the community Ideal Candidate Will Have: • Experience in sales, sponsorship, marketing or business development • Strong communication and negotiation skills • self motivated, persistent, and goal oriented personality • Ability to work independently and hit financial targets • Passion for sports, soccer, and our community. Compensation: • Commission based with bonus incentives • Unlimited earning potential based on performance Schedule: Flexible hours- ability to work remote or local. Must be available for occasional meetings, events, and matchdays. You'll have the ability to do outreach on your time.
