Provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
Carry out individualized treatment plans and implement therapy activities
Collaborate with supervising SLPs, families, and other team members
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Support parent coaching and home practice strategies
Attend team meetings and contribute to ongoing clinical growth

Qualifications
Current California SLPA license
Previous experience working with pediatric populations preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while taking feedback and direction
Tech-savvy and comfortable with telehealth platforms (training provided)
Schedule
Part-Time: Flexible, up to 20 hours/week
Full-Time: 30–40 hours/week
