Speech-Language Pathologist (Part-time)

Teletalk Therapy LLC is a small teletherapy company that works exclusively with Alaska school districts. Teletalk is hiring for a part time (0.5) employee position for the 2025-2026 school year with a contract start date of August 15th, 2025 and end date of July 31st, 2026. All services will be provided via Zoom and will be based on a school schedule in the Alaska Standard Time zone (start time around 8:30aAKST and end time around 3:30pAKST). The SLP will complete evaluations, provide direct therapy service to a caseload of students aged preschool through 12th grade, write reports, attend IEP meetings, consult with parents, teachers and staff, and attend Teletalk team meetings. Candidates should demonstrate the following:
• Strong clinical writing skills
• Strong clinical skills
• Ability to work independently
• Experience with school age population
• Ability to work as a team member and collaborate with other professionals
• Interest in providing culturally-sensitive therapy and expanding knowledge related to servicing rural communities

Position Details

Salary: determined based on experience

Position Benefits:

• regular school year ends in May. June and July months are primarily off with only around 4 or less hours of work per week
• employees are paid a set salary with paychecks received biweekly
• no productivity standards. Employees are paid for all time, including cancellations
• reimbursement for AK state license

Pay: $27,500.00 - $35,000.00 per year
