Speech Language Pathologist – SLP In Home We are seeking a full time speech and language pathologist to join our home health pediatric therapy practice in Colorado Springs, Colorado! Job Duties Evaluate patient strengths and weaknesses across all areas of speech, swallowing, and/or communication. Develops, documents, implements and re-evaluates the patient’s Plan of Care. Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and timely records on all patients. Instructs, educates, and counsels other health team personnel and family members.
