Speech-Language Pathologist (AZ Salary)

Location: This position is fully remote and is being posted in Arizona, however, candidates are not required to live in California or Arizona. The only requirement is to hold an active California SLP license (or be willing to obtain one prior to start). Compensation: This is a full-time, exempt, W2-salaried position. The base salary ranges from $82,500 to $99,500 . The role also includes a performance-based bonus opportunity ranging from $10,000 to $32,000 , bringing the total compensation potential to $92,500–$131,500 . Will you join us? State Licensure and Commitment We are seeking SLPs licensed in California , working full-time hours. All scheduling options available include some degree of afternoon and evening availability. Responsibilities Provide speech therapy sessions and evaluations for a diverse pediatric population Diagnose and develop care plans for clients with the support of Expressable tools and resources, with a focus on clinical outcomes, client/caregiver buy-in, and education. Complete all documentation in accordance with our quality and timeliness standards. Fulfill all required training, client communications, screenings, licensing and credentialing tasks, and internal communications in a timely manner. Provide PTO and sick coverage for sessions and evaluations for care continuity Pursue ongoing professional development through Expressable resources, mentorship, and monthly Grand Rounds with fellow clinicians and clinical leaders.
