Location: Lawrence, KS

Start Date: August 1, 2025 End Date: May 22, 2026

Setting: Grade K-8th | Elementary and Middle School | Full Time 37.5

Certification and Licensure:
• MUST have an active Kansas state Special Education certification
• MUST have moderate to severe certifications
• Bachelor’s or higher Degree in Special Education
• NH State Special Education Teaching Certification endorsement

Caseload:
• Provide an optimum learning environment for all students
• Collaborate with faculty and work in teams to provide instruction to students
• Follow District and State guidelines for essential learning and instructional strategies
• Adhere to Washington Code of Professional Conduct
• Employ a systematic instructional process designed to meet the needs of students in the classroom
