Feel free to enrich both your personal and work life and hop on board!Why you'll love this jobThe role is a part of the Inclusion and Diversity team within the People organization.What You'll Do• Build cultural competence and awareness by providing thought-leadership• Support management of strategic partnerships and other external relationships• Document partnership and bench processes to ensure business continuity• Draft communication, presentations, and/or reports to demonstrate alignment of team efforts with company diversity, equity and inclusion goals• Partner with internal HR teams to complete partner benchmarking and surveys• Collaborate with and support team member projects and programs, as needed• Research internal processes and partner resource libraries, as needed• Attend and participate in related events and workshops, as needed• Some limited travel may be requiredAll you'll need for successMinimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience• Bachelor’s degree• 4 years of relevant work experience required• 1 year experience with community organization as memberPreferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience• Bachelor's degree in business, multicultural studies, communications or related field• Knowledge of trends and best practices in inclusion and diversity• Experience consulting, facilitating and presenting to groups and leaders at all organizational levels• Prior experience as a community organization leaderSkills, Licenses & Certifications• Database and document management• Strong written, oral, facilitation, project management, and presentation skills• Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement/suggest a solution• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment• Experience managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously• Ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced, constantly evolving work environmentWhat You'll GetFeel free to take advantage of all that American Airlines has to offer:• Travel Perks: Ready to explore the world?
