As a Specialist, Video Investment, at MissionOne Media you will be responsible for working with media owners to create and activate partnerships across the video landscape helping agency clients achieve business goals. Responsibilities: Assist with negotiation and placement of video buys that deliver on the goals of the media plan. Manage the execution of video buys ensuring schedules are entered correctly and updated as needed. Ensure complete accuracy of buy details including budgets and guaranteed delivery goals. Partner with trafficking/ops teams to ensure delivery of creative assets. Assist with preparation of client buy overviews. Support agency Upfront and Scatter negotiations through plan analysis, recommendations, and negotiations. Stay up-to-date on video marketplace trends on macro and micro scale. Partner with the integrated media team to report on campaign performance not only against deal terms but also client-specific KPIs and objectives. Build and keep collaborative relationships with media partners. Remain in constant communication with agency team members and clients, as needed, to share status of campaigns, bring forward new opportunities, or raise awareness of any unexpected issues. Assist with development of industry POVs and thought leadership. Lead in collaboration with finance team members to resolve media billing issues. Ensure strict adherence to client budgets while meeting client objectives. Other duties/responsibilities may be assigned from time to time. Qualifications: 1+ years of experience buying Converged Television and Digital Video. Proficiency in video landscape including legacy and emerging media owners. Strong organizational and mathematical skills. Ability to multi-task and deliver work on-time for set deadlines. Ability to establish good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal teams and business groups, including Creative, Account Management, Finance and Project Management. Ability to communicate effectively within a team environment, with outside media reps as well as with current clients. Must be prepared for a fast-paced environment and be comfortable making decisions. The annual gross base salary range is $48,000 - 61,000USD. This range represents the anticipated target salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and geographic location. Salary is one component of BarkleyOKRP's total compensation package, which includes multiple health insurance options, flexible PTO, life insurance, and 401K.
