What Will I be Doing?The Specialist Team Member Services enhances Team Member Experience by assisting Team Members and leadership with day-to-day support on various inquires, issues and questions while providing accurate and timely responses. This role will collaborate and support cross-functional teams to improve processes and outcomes with a focus on resolving issues in the most efficient and operationally sound manner.ResponsibilitiesFacilitates intake of Team Member inquires, issues and questions as a first point of contact, with the aim of one-touch problem resolutionSees issues through to successful resolution; involve and escalate to appropriate parties as neededProvides accurate, timely, personalized, exceptional HR service to our Team Members that supports our industry-leading Inspired Hospitality modelEducates Team Members in navigating the organization, HR systems, and self-service options, enabling them to become self-sufficient and allowing them to focus on improved service deliverySupports Team Members and HR partners in complex HR cases (related to employee relations, system access/accuracy, payroll discrepancies, LOA, etc.) that require escalated knowledge, in effort towards a one-touch resolutionSupport Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives by participating in CoE training sessions to stay updated on the latest policies, procedures, and practices. Apply knowledge learned to enhance the quality of TM support providedEnsures consistency in the application and enforcement of policies and proceduresParticipates in the due diligence process for complex TMR issues as requestedEmbodies the Hilton Grand Vacations Values of Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership, & NowCompletes all required Company training/compliance courses as assignedAdheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and proceduresPerforms other related duties as assignedQualificationsTo fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: HS Diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of related experiencePossess proficiency in the various HR systems used to manage and/or enhance the Team Member experiencePossess working to proficient level knowledge of employment-related, state and federal regulations (EEO, INS, ADA, FMLA, ADEA, etc.) Ability to quickly adapt to change and look for continuous improvementsStrong desire to deliver exceptional services through positive engagement and patienceStrong skills related to attention to detail, customer service and working in a team environmentAgility to learn and implement new processes and software skills quicklyEffective communication with strong verbal and written communication skillsHigh level of integrityProductive work habits to deliver results It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: SHRM or HRCI certification When you join Hilton Grand Vacations, you join a group of Team Members dedicated to helping Owners and Guests around the world make every vacation they take a memorable one.
