Develop and implement security and resilience strategies to protect the firm and its clients from potential risks.
Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure that security and resilience measures are integrated into all aspects of the firm's operations.
Stay up-to-date on the latest security and resilience trends and technologies to continuously improve the firm's practices.
Monitor and analyze security data and reports to identify any potential threats or breaches.
Design and implement emergency response plans and procedures for the firm and its clients.
Train and educate employees on security best practices and procedures.
Coordinate with external security and law enforcement agencies when necessary.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the firm has access to the best security and resilience resources.
Communicate and report security and resilience updates and incidents to senior management.
Continuously evaluate and improve the firm's security and resilience protocols.
Act as a point of contact for any security or resilience-related inquiries from clients.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Lead and manage a team of security and resilience professionals.
Foster a culture of safety and security awareness within the firm.
