Candidates should have a background in pharmaceuticals, logistics, and inventory control practices along with familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX). This role will report into the ICQA Area Manager. You Will: • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory audits & cycle counts to reconcile physical inventory counts with system records. • Analyze inventory data and generate reports on inventory levels & stock movements, • Using reports, identify discrepancies between inventory records and physical counts and investigate root causes. • Assist in developing and implementing inventory control procedures and best practices to improve accuracy. • Assist in training operations on newly implemented inventory control procedures • Collaborate with supply chain, procurement and warehouse teams to as needed for best practices & continuous process improvement You Have: • High School Diploma or above. • 3+ Years of experience as an Inventory Control Specialist or similar role, preferably in the a pharmaceutical industry. • 2+ years of experience in Pharmacy Supply Chain Management, or a related field. • Strong understanding of inventory management practices and procedures including pharmaceutical distribution, inventory control, quality management systems, and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, FDA, CGMP, GDP). • Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems (Netsuite, ePRO, SAP etc.) • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. These items would include gloves, respiratory protection, gown and other items as required. • This position requires medical approval to wear respiratory protection in the form of negative or positive pressure respirators, including N95, full face respirator, SCBA, or Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR). • Physical exertion required. Including, but not limited to, walking up to 50% of the time, standing up to 100% of the time, squatting and bending up to 20% of the time and lifting up to 80% of the time for up to a twelve hour shift. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. • Due to the risk of reproductive capability in handling or compounding certain Hazardous Drugs (HD) associates must be willing to confirm that they understand the potential risks (teratogenicity, carcinogenicity and reproductive effects) of handling hazardous drugs.
