What You'll Be Doing
Review, analyze, redline, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and corporate agreements.
Manage the full contract lifecycle from initiation to termination.
Support various standard EoR/AoR/Employment and commercial contracts, addressing queries with moderate complexity.
Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate potential risks associated with contractual terms, ensuring they align with the company's risk appetite and are fair and reasonable.
Provide accurate, relevant, and timely legal advice on topics like fintech, labor laws, corporate matters, etc.
Assist in the review and negotiation of client and vendor agreements, contributing to internal compliance initiatives.
Maintain accurate contract databases and documentation.
Ensure all business practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Provide proactive day-to-day employment law counsel, helping resolve HR and legal employment issues.
Assist with a variety of other legal matters and projects as they arise.
What We Need
At least 5 years of experience in a Corporate, In-house, or Contract environment.
Strong legal background or a BA in a related field.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Capacity to conduct legal research and provide analytical insights.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Diplomatic, approachable, with excellent business and personal judgment.
Ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
High integrity and professionalism.
