Specialist, Closing Disclosure

Responsible for drawing Closing Disclosures for FHA/VA and conventional loan products using various document companies and systems. Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures and all state and federal regulations . The target pay range for this position is $18.00/ HR to $24.00/ HR.
What you’ll do:
• Review/prepares disclosure documents Closing Disclosures for compliance with RESPA/GFE regulations and company policies and procedures re-disclosing when applicable
• Review title policy, appraisal and escrow instructions for correct property address, vesting and legal description
• Verify lock and approval information for all loan programs and investors
• Determine and document discrepancies between the file and loan origination system
• Draw and prepare all loan documents and ensure completeness of file
• Review all alerts and run MAVENT per guidelines.
• Assists Operations staff with general support as necessary
What you'll need:
• Experienced in drawing loan documents for Conventional, FHA and VA loan programs for wet and dry states
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast paced environment
• Thorough understanding of current RESPA/GFE regulations
• Maintains highly confidential information concerning loan applicants
• Requires moderate level of organizational skills and ability to work on several tasks simultaneously
• Constant contact with title/escrow companies, brokers and internal office staff
• Significant coordination of various duties required
• Office machines such as computer, copiers, scanners, fax machines
• High School diploma required.
• Two to four years of experience as a Doc Drawer with conventional and government mortgage loans products preferred
