Job Summary We're looking for a part-time remote teaching assistant to work with SOLPLE, our cutting-edge online education platform. As a teaching assistant, you will be responsible for evaluating answers to students' math and science-related questions, providing detailed explanations, and communicating with students, instructors, and staff. This is an ideal opportunity for students who are looking for a flexible part-time job while attending school, or to enhance their resume by gaining valuable skills and experience needed to work in the education industry. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate answers to students' math and science-related questions and upload them onto SOLPLE Submit photos/screenshots of your own work that clearly explains the answer to students' questions Communicate and work collaboratively with students, instructors, and staff All other duties as assigned by the Director Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: Enrolled in college/university or high school (preferably seniors) Knowledge in high school level math, up to Pre-Calculus Fluent in English Must be detail-oriented Strong time management, organization, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in education or tutoring Strong background in math and science Experience with online learning platforms Skills and Competencies: To succeed in this role, you will need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced online environment Compensation: We offer a unique compensation structure that rewards you for your hard work and accuracy. You'll earn: $0.25 per correct answer $0.50 per AP question Note that this is not an hourly wage part-time position. Compensation depends entirely on how many questions you answer correctly (no limit!). Incorrect answers will not count, and you will not be compensated for responding to a question that's already been answered. You must provide your own developed answer.
