Manage a classroom environment where some students may exhibit aggressive behaviors, utilizing de-escalation techniques and positive behavior interventions
Collaborate with paraprofessionals, general education teachers, and families to ensure consistent student support
Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed
Ideal Candidate:
Valid Special Education certification
Experience working with students with behavioral challenges or emotional needs
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping students succeed
Pay Rate: $35-45/hour
