As a Special Education Teacher, you will play a vital role in fostering an inclusive and supportive learning... environment where all students can thrive.
What You'll Need
Certification: Active teaching or special service provider certification/license issued by the State of Arkansas.
Specialization: Endorsement and/or specialized training in Special Education.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience working with students with diverse learning needs.
Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Position Details
Start Date: ASAP through the end of the school year.
Schedule: Choose between part-time or full-time - we'll work with your preferences!
Caseload: Manage and provide support for approximately 15 students.
Location: 100% Virtual/Remote.
Your Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
Provide direct instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs.
Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to create inclusive learning environments.
Monitor and assess student progress, making adjustments to teaching strategies as needed.
Maintain accurate records of student performance and behavior.
