The role is focused on driving mortgage sales performance by managing lead flow, improving response times, and ensuring a seamless member experience throughout the loan process.ResponsibilitiesRespond to new inquiries within minutes using CRM and automated toolsQualify leads quickly and schedule appointments with loan officersMaintain pipeline visibility and prioritize high-intent borrowersConduct initial member outreach via phone, email and textProvide timely updates and reminders to keep members engagedTrack communication in CRM to ensure no borrower is left unattendedBecome familiar with Fannie Mae guidelines to evaluate members overall credit/risk standing, perform needs assessmentConsistently achieve monthly and annual sales and service goals, including CRM SLA’sComply with all applicable policies, procedures, and regulations related to mortgage loan originationSuccessfully complete all required registrations or certifications as neededSkillsCollege degree or equivalent experience requiredMinimum of 1-2 years mortgage lending preferredMust excel and have experience in customer and relationship managementExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong analytical, sales and telemarketing skillsSkillful at prioritizing work and have the ability to perform in a fast-paced environmentAbility to perform multiple tasks simultaneouslyCompany OverviewBCU offers banking, checking, savings, investment, credit cards, financial, business and digital banking services.
