All duties and responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with VITAS Healthcare Corporation’s policies, procedures, guidelines, contractual commitments, and governmental regulations. Monitors and uploads daily admission, certification, and recertification documents. Reviews billing documents for completeness and accuracy. Enters key billing data to support timely submission for payment. Manages and process the company-wide queue for all billing documents to ensure workflow efficiency. · Performs related duties as required. Experience · Minimum 5 years prior related experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams Exceptional attention to detail required Possesses excellent time management skills Communicates proficiently both verbally and in writing Experience and understanding of VITAS software systems (Vx, EMR, Power BI) and VITAS standards and procedures Proven ability to maintain productivity and teamwork remotely Education: Completion of high school or basic education equivalency required. Associate’s degree preferred.
