Collaborating closely with Project Managers, you'll ensure every detail is meticulously managed and communication flows smoothly. You’re Good At Assisting in the planning and execution of projects with attention to detail. Coordinating logistics, from venue selection to travel arrangements. Managing a variety of project-related materials and documentation. Ensuring data integrity and maintaining comprehensive records. Building strong relationships with clients and team members alike. You Might Also Have Experience with vendor sourcing and contract negotiation. A knack for managing multiple tasks while keeping a positive attitude. Knowledge of compliance guidelines and regulatory requirements. Proficiency with data management systems and reporting tools. Exceptional customer service skills and a solutions-oriented mindset. Travel requirements for this role are as follows:Less than 25% We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Speaker Bureau Project Coordinator is between $52,500 - $58,000.
