Qualifications Who You Are • A Master’s-level Social Worker (MSW), licensed in DC and MD. • Experienced in child welfare and foster care (2+ years preferred). • Culturally competent and trauma-informed, ready to serve families from every background. • Organized, courageous, and unafraid to fight for children who cannot fight for themselves.
