Spanish Interpreters (Remote | Long-Term Opportunity)

We are hiring Spanish interpreters for a long-term remote interpreting position. This is not a one-time project—once your account is activated, you can continue working with us for years. You will provide real-time interpretation between Spanish and English over audio and video calls. Responsibilities Interpret live audio and video calls between Spanish and English speakers Help bridge communication between individuals who do not share a common language Ensure accuracy, clarity, and confidentiality in all conversations Example: In the U.S. and Canada, Spanish speakers often require interpretation during medical visits or customer service calls. You will help ensure both parties fully understand each other. Work Arrangement 100% remote (work from anywhere) Fully flexible schedule (no fixed hours) No availability reporting required Work anytime you want Ability to take extended breaks if needed Pay $4.20/hour (based on call time only) Equivalent to $0.07 per minute of interpreted call time You are only paid for active call duration Requirements Fluent in Spanish and English Laptop or desktop computer Stable internet connection Noise-canceling headset (preferred) Quiet, private workspace Neutral background for video calls Strong communication and listening skills Onboarding Process (2–3 Weeks) Before starting, you will complete a structured onboarding process: Short self-paced training modules Simple quizzes Identity verification (ID upload) NDA and confidentiality agreement signing Basic educational/language verification document Account setup details submission After completion: Compliance review (~1 week) Final orientation session Once approved, your account will be activated and you can begin taking live calls.
