Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish. Follow a structured call script while personalizing conversations as needed. Handle objections and persuade leads to book appointments. Maintain accurate records of calls and scheduled appointments in the CRM. Provide a positive experience for prospects, ensuring professionalism and courtesy.Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written). Strong verbal communication skills with a confident and engaging phone presence. Previous experience as an appointment setter, telemarketer, or in sales is preferred. Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly. Comfortable working remotely with a stable internet connection.
