Responsibilities

? Partner with and mentor Consumer Retail Sales Representatives to drive small business results.

? Acquire and retain accounts in the small business segment.

? Utilize solutions-based selling techniques to address customer business problems.

? Conduct outbound sales prospecting and customer visits.

? Service the needs of the existing customer base.

? Use sales enablement systems and tools to track, forecast, and manage the sales pipeline.
Requirements
? Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

? Three or more years of relevant work experience.

? Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.

? Valid driver's license.

? Willingness to travel.
