Kepleroffersrelocationsupportandon-site(hybrid)ispreferred. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent field.10+ years of electrical hardware design experience including significant experience in an Electrical Architect role.Experienced in mixed-signal, high-speed, and power systems, including complex systems with multiple processing elements in the space environment.Experience in space industry electrical development, including flight hardware and ground systems.Familiarity with NASA and ESA ECSS standards (e.g., ECSS-E-ST-20C).Knowledge of hardware/software co-design and FPGA-based processing architectures.Strong communication skills and the ability to create professional design standards and thorough robust design documentation.Experience leading complex technical projects from start to finish.
