Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other virtual channels.
Assist with booking flights, changing reservations, and managing customer accounts.
Resolve customer concerns with a positive attitude and a solutions-oriented approach.
Collaborate with team members to provide seamless customer experiences.
Stay up-to-date on Southwest’s policies, procedures, and promotions to offer accurate information.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Comfortable working with technology and using digital tools.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Customer service experience, ideally in a virtual setting, is a plus.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
