**Responsibilities:**
– Conduct pre-flight cabin checks and ensure all safety equipment is ready.
– Greet passengers, assist with seating, and provide special attention to passengers with special needs.
– Deliver pre-flight briefings and demonstrate safety procedures.
– Serve beverages, meals, and snacks while managing in-flight sales transactions.
– Address passengers’ inquiries and provide reassurance during flight disruptions or difficulties.
– Administer and coordinate in-flight emergencies as needed, following rigorous training protocols.
– Maintain a clean and tidy cabin throughout the flight.
**Requirements:**
– Minimum age of 20 years.
– High School diploma or equivalent; some positions may require further education.
– Ability to reach overhead storage bins and carry items of up to 35 pounds.
– Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
– Flexible schedule allowing for frequent travel and overnight flights.
– Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
**Educational Qualifications:**
– High School Diploma or GED.
– Further certifications in hospitality, safety, or first aid are advantageous.
**Experience:**
– Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is highly desired.
– Prior airline experience is not mandatory but can be an advantage.
