### Responsibilities:
– Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers aboard the flights.
– Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate emergency procedures.
– Provide exceptional customer service and attend to passengers’ needs.
– Serve beverages, snacks, and meals to passengers as needed.
– Manage onboard sales and maintain a sales record.
– Handle minor conflicts or issues that may arise during flights professionally.
– Assist passengers with special needs, including children, elderly, or those with disabilities.
### Requirements:
– Minimum age of 20 years.
– High school diploma or equivalent; further certification in hospitality or relevant field is a plus.
– Ability to pass a rigorous background check and drug screening.
– Compliance with FAA regulations and guidelines.
– Must be able to reach overhead bins and stand for long periods.
– Effective communication skills and a friendly, empathetic disposition.
### Educational Qualifications:
– High School Diploma or GED required.
– Associates or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, communication, or tourism is preferred but not mandatory.
### Experience:
– Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is highly beneficial.
– Experience in a multilingual environment is a plus.
