### Job Responsibilities
– Ensure the safety, comfort, and welfare of our passengers at all times while providing exceptional customer service.
– Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate safety and emergency measures, such as the use of oxygen masks, seat belts, and exit doors.
– Offer information and support to passengers, answer questions and address concerns.
– Serve beverages, meals, or snacks.
– Take action in emergency situations and administer first aid if needed.
– Regularly assess the aircraft cabin and report any issues.
### Requirements
– Minimum age of 20 years.
– High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
– Ability to reach overhead bins and stand for periods of 4 hours.
– Fluent in English; bilingual is an advantage.
– Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
– Must be adaptable, with the ability to manage stress effectively and work within a team.
– Willingness to relocate as needed and flexible availability across shifts, weekends, and holidays.
### Education Qualifications
– High school diploma or GED required.
– Further certifications in hospitality, CPR, first aid, or aviation is a bonus but not required.
