Responsibilities include passenger assistance, safety demonstrations, and maintaining cabin standards throughout the flight. ### **Responsibilities** – Provide exemplary customer service to maintain Southwests high standards and positive passenger experiences. – Perform pre-flight cabin checks and safety briefings for passengers. – Assist in the boarding process and manage in-flight transactions. – Ensure compliance with all FAA regulations. – Address and resolve passenger issues during flights. – Administer first aid and manage emergency situations if needed. ### **Requirements** – Must be at least 21 years old. – Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent. – Able to relocate as necessary. – Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. – Can work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. – Ability to lift luggage and other items up to 50 pounds. – Successfully pass a background check and drug screening. ### **Educational Qualifications** – High School Diploma or GED required. – Further qualifications in hospitality, communication, or tourism are a plus but not mandatory. ### **Experience** No previous experience as a cabin crew member is required.
