### Job Summary
Southwest Airlines is seeking a dynamic and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Cabin Crew Assistant in a full-time capacity. ### Description
As a Cabin Crew Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced Cabin Crew to prepare the cabin for flights, assist passengers on board, and maintain the highest levels of cabin safety and service standards. This role requires individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.
### Responsibilities
– Assist in pre-flight preparations and briefings.
– Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers on-board.
– Provide friendly, professional interactions and meet the service expectations of passengers.
– Handle in-flight services, including meal distribution and duty-free sales.
– Respond to passenger requests and emergencies with agility and calm.
– Participate in regular training sessions and stay updated on all safety and operation procedures.
– Maintain a clean and orderly cabin and galley.
### Requirements
– High school diploma or equivalent; further certifications in hospitality or tourism are a plus.
– Minimum age of 18 years.
– Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual skills are an advantage.
– Capability to perform duties requiring physical stamina and standing for long periods.
– Pass a background check and drug screening.
– Legally authorized to work in the United States.
– Willingness to relocate as needed and adapt to a flexible schedule.

### Educational Qualifications

### Experience
