Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve escalated issues.
Stay up-to-date with Southwest Airlines policies, products, and services.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
Minimum of 1-2 years in customer service or support role (preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using computer systems and customer service tools.
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.
Must be able to work in varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
