South East Regional Manager - Remote
About the position
Responsibilities
• Oversee the day-to-day operational management of an apartment property portfolio.
• Supervise on-site staff to ensure standards and objectives are met.
• Ensure maintenance programs are implemented effectively at properties.
• Supervise Community Directors/Managers and assist in meeting objectives.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure maintenance standards are upheld.
• Ensure prompt resident service and meet service request metrics.
• Resolve conflicts between tenants and on-site staff.
• Approve vendor service agreements and capital improvement contracts.
• Monitor vendor performance to ensure standards are met.
• Develop and administrate the approved budget for properties.
• Oversee accounts receivable and payable coding for accurate financial reporting.
• Provide monthly narrative summaries of property financial performance.
Requirements
• 1-5 years of regional manager experience.
• Valid state real estate or property manager license for each state of oversight.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage and resolve disputes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Yardi Voyager, Real Page, etc.
• Must have a suitable laptop computer and smartphone for work use.
