Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service
Maintain and update customer records in the database
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred)
Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline industry
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in using computers and customer service software
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
