What You Will Do:
Handle incoming calls from customers with professionalism and courtesy.
Assist passengers with flight reservations, changes, and cancellations.
Address customer inquiries and... resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Provide information regarding flight schedules, fares, and South Airlines policies.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
Answering and managing a high volume of incoming calls.
Meeting or exceeding performance targets for call handling and customer satisfaction.
Keeping updated on South Airlines services, policies, and procedures.
Collaborating with team members to share knowledge and improve overall service.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to navigate computer systems and multitask effectively.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
