What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve objectives regarding Supplier Quality, Delivery, and Material Productivity
- Build strong relationships with strategic suppliers to optimize performance
- Address and resolve supply disruption issues
- Ensure adherence to global processes, policies, and best practices within the supply base
- Manage data integrity in SAP and perform cost analysis
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in the field
- Bachelors degree is preferred
- Knowledge of ERP systems is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced use of MS Office applications, particularly Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Basic knowledge of project management; experience is a plus
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication and presentation skills
