Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive Sourcing Specialist to handle venue sourcing from start to finish, ensuring client satisfaction. This role allows for autonomy while benefiting from the support of a team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess client needs and preferences, ensuring needs are understood and met.Collect, analyze, and present venue proposals accurately.Negotiate contracts with venues and finalize agreements.Ensure timely delivery of services and address any client concernsDocument project timeline, deliverables and assemble full venue kit.Stay updated on industry trends and venue options to provide top recommendations.Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team

Qualifications:
Proven experience in sourcing travel for groups, account management, or a related field.Desire for flexible, autonomous work environmentStrong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.Passion for the hospitality industry Proficiency in office software and CRM tools.
