What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support all aspects of quoting, ordering, and delivering directly sourced products from overseas manufacturers
- Develop new suppliers and monitor existing relationships across multiple product categories
- Educate overseas agents and suppliers about industry knowledge, client expectations, and product trends
- Obtain and evaluate quotes from suppliers, negotiating costs and delivery schedules
- Set up product SKUs and create purchase orders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1+ years' experience in customer service, sales, and project management
- Capacity to offer superior customer experiences across multiple global entities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel domestically and internationally
- Strategic business sense with mathematical aptitude
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with promotional products and overseas sourcing within the ad specialty industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
