You will work closely with clients, support engineers, and customer success managers to ensure smooth product implementations and troubleshooting. Your role involves developing launch tools, understanding product functionalities in-depth, and providing training and escalation support.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough discovery sessions with new clients to understand their product area and requirementsAct as the representative for Support Engineers within your product area, ensuring alignment and collaborationDevelop and maintain roadmaps for self-serve launch tools and internal launch settings, including quality assurance processesProvide in-depth technical support and guidance to prospects, including product demonstrations, presentations, and explanations of complex technical conceptsGuide Customer Success Managers through product implementations and act as a partner for training and escalation issuesProvide troubleshooting support for clients post-launch, addressing and resolving any issues within your product areaGain an in-depth understanding of how the product works to meet client needs effectively, ensuring comprehensive knowledge transfer and supportAttract top-tier talent to join our driven teamRequirements3+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer role at a SaaS company Strong understanding of product development and launch processesExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issuesExperience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and product managementStrong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersFamiliarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and support ticketing systemsAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience with QA processes and developing self-serve tools is a plusAbility to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and supportWillingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week Why JoinGrowth and impact. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
