This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clients by driving implementation, adoption, ensuring operational excellence, and continuously improving our product experience. As a bridge between clients, internal teams, and product development, you’ll empower clients to extract maximum value from our solutions while shaping the future of our product offerings.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and grow a team of Solutions Engineers (Product Experts), fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and customer-centricitySet performance expectations, establish best practices, and guide the team in delivering scalable solutionsBuild cross-functional alignment by championing the role of Solutions Engineering across Sales, Support, AI Operations, and ProductPartner cross functionally to oversee the launch of new products, ensuring smooth rollouts across internal teams and clientsEnsure operational readiness for product launches by coordinating across Support, Operations, and Product ManagementBuild strong partnerships with Product and Engineering, ensuring alignment between client needs, product enhancements, and business strategyProvide senior-level insight to executive stakeholders on product health, adoption and churn metrics, and opportunities for expansionEnsure Solutions Engineering serves as a strategic differentiator in the client lifecycle, driving retention and growthOwn the customer feedback loop at scale, acting as Voice of the Customer, influencing product strategy and roadmap discussions with Product and Engineering leadersDrive accountability for turning client feedback into actionable improvements that strengthen both client outcomes and product competitivenessRequirements5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, product management, technical account management, or a related post-sales role, with 2+ years in a leadership capacityStrong technical proficiency in SQL and familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)Proven track record of program management and driving cross-functional initiativesExceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into client-friendly languageExperience working closely with Product and Engineering teams, ideally with exposure to product managementA customer-first mindset, with the ability to balance strategic insight and tactical executionWillingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a weekWhy JoinGrowth and impact. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
