## **Job Description:**The **Solutions Consultant (AWS)** for our **CCA** (Caribbean Central America) Organization is an expert in partner enablement in the enterprise and mid-market partner segment.Serves as TD SYNNEX's expert on the Vendor Partner's product line and assists with new partner onboarding, including order processing, go to market planning, partner sales training and is an escalation point for a larger vendor team. Develops and builds a strong relationship with the Vendor Partner and TD SYNNEX's inside and field Sales teams and the reseller community for vendors' products. Identifies ways, through programs, to increase revenue, market share and overall profitability.Owns programs from inception to completion including reporting on successes and on ways to improve.“Let’s Achieve Great Outcomes. TD SYNNEX is the partner that helps unlock business results for all.”Candidates from Guatemala, EL Salvador, Honduras & Nicaragua are encouraged to apply.## **What You’ll Do:*** Conducts market research, profiles customers/vendors, makes presentations and participates in sales opportunities and marketing events to establish customers and determine market segment revenue potential.* Responsible for marketing program development, enablement, implementation and education.* Owns strategic communication plans to reseller, vendors and internal sales teams* Develops strategic business plans and presents quarterly business reviews to management and vendors.* Researches market conditions to determine potential sales of assigned technology products.* Supports partner vetting and activation* Knowledgeable in and advises customers on the certifications needed and how to get the certifications for various products.* Assumes an advising role and leverages advanced technological expertise to achieve specific resellers in the assigned market.* Evaluates competitive information, offerings and customer perspectives.* Participates, develops and/or supports TD SYNNEX advanced technologies market activities, trade shows & events as assigned.* Develops and implements marketing and sales strategy to increase market share and profitability* Performs other additional duties as assigned.## **What We’re Looking For:*** College's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.* 3+ Years of relevant (vendor expertise) and advanced systems, technology, and industry experience.* Proficient in English (level B2+ or higher) required.* Build solid, effective working relationships with others.* Constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.* Create and conduct formal presentations.* Analyze and resolve complex issues and problems in a sound and timely fashion.* Exhibit ability to be sensitive to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.* Express ideas clearly and convey necessary information.* Interact effectively with all levels of management.* Use relevant computer system applications (which may include spreadsheets, word processors, databases, etc.) at a basic level.* Negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results.* Prepare/analyze appropriate reports and other business correspondence.* Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.* Actions impact the success of the entire work group.* Failure to accomplish goals or meet customer expectations will result in failure of the work group to meet goals.## **Other Education/Certifications:*** Experience in Cloud computing sales/support preferred.* AWS Certifications either (Foundational, Associate, Professional, and Specialty) are desired.* AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner desired.* AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate desired.## **Working Conditions:*** Professional environment (Remote).* Some travel may be required (At least once a quarter).* Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.* Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities.* **Elective Benefits**: Our programs are tailored to your country to best accommodate your lifestyle.* **Grow Your Career**: Accelerate your path to success (and keep up with the future) with formal programs on leadership and professional development, and many more on-demand courses.* **Elevate Your Personal Well-Being**: Boost your financial, physical, and mental well-being through seminars, events, and our global Life Empowerment Assistance Program.* **Diversity, Equity & Inclusion**: It’s not just a phrase to us; valuing every voice is how we succeed.
