The Position
We're looking to hire a Solutions Architect .NET to join our team. You'll work with our incredible clients in one of two ways:
ā¢ Team Augmentation: You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers daily.
ā¢ Design & Build: You will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.
What We Are Looking For
ā¢ 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong distributed systems background.
ā¢ 3+ years of professional technical leadership experience influencing team technical direction.
ā¢ Advanced English is required.
ā¢ Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
ā¢ Expert-level proficiency in C# and .NET (Web API, MVC architectures).
ā¢ Strong frontend experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
ā¢ Extensive experience with Entity Framework and Dapper.
ā¢ Strong distributed systems background with experience in microservices and event-driven architectures.
ā¢ Proven experience designing RESTful APIs and working with HTTP 1/2 standards.
ā¢ Track record of building high-scale or regulated systems (healthcare preferred).
ā¢ Proven experience with AWS.
ā¢ Solid experience with containerization tools such as Kubernetes or Docker.
ā¢ Deep knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and Helm).
ā¢ Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
ā¢ Experience implementing event streaming solutions using Kafka or Kinesis.
ā¢ Strong understanding of CI/CD, GitOps, and modern DevOps practices.
ā¢ Experience implementing secure authentication and authorization using OAuth/OIDC.
ā¢ Familiarity with observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, or CloudWatch.
ā¢ Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
ā¢ Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
ā¢ Forensic attention to detail.
ā¢ A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
ā¢ Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
ā¢ Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
ā¢ Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon.
ā¢ Ability to identify with the goals of FullStack's clients and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them.
ā¢ Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week.
