Solutions ArchitectRemote FulltimeKey Responsibilities:Engage with prospective clients to understand their business objectives, technical environment, and AI readiness.Design and articulate AI/ML-based solutions, including architecture diagrams, technology stacks, security details, and implementation roadmapsLead technical discussions, product demos, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and workshops with clients.Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutionsCollaborate with internal teams (sales, engineering, product management) to craft proposals, responses to RFPs/RFIs, and solution documentation.Stay current with trends in AI, ML, data science, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform) to ensure solution relevance.Support go-to-market initiatives by contributing to whitepapers, presentations, and technical collateral.Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience in technical architecture, solutions engineering, or full-stack development, with AI/ML experienceStrong foundation in SDLC, including experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and security / privacy standards (OAuth2, mTLS, SOC2, HIPAA, etc.)Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn), and AI frameworks (e.g., LLMs, Agentic frameworks, MCP, A2A)Comfortable interfacing with customers - especially in healthcareAbility to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Demonstrated experience in preparing and delivering compelling presentations and demos.(Preferred but not required) Prior experience working in healthcare, especially payers, with an understanding of key payer workflowsBachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.Employers have access to artificial intelligence language tools (“AI”) that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
